The World Health Organization (WHO) has published a position paper based upon many scientific research papers called the “Health risks from drinking demineralized water" which talks about the long term harmful effects of drinking Reverse Osmosis or distilled water (see: nutrientschap12.pdf).

The WHO recommends drinking water that contains a minimum concentration of Calcium and Magnesium. They also suggests an optimum range of concentrations for both minerals. Is it a coincidence that the elements and the recommended optimum range of concentration of those elements recommended by the WHO closely reflects the output of Vitev products? We certainly didn’t plan it that way, but it sure makes us feel good about the way that we are remineralizing our water.
